Our partial planning package is ideal for those who have begun the event planning process and require less assistance than our full service package.  This package allows for clients to have a hands-on role in their planning along with the professional staff of Chantré Affairs.  

This package includes:

• Creation of a event planning checklist
• Three pre-event consultations
• Vendor contract reviews, offering vendor recommendations from our preferred vendor list
• Negotiating and contracting any needed hotel room blocks
• Facilitating the event coordination
• Confirming details with appropriate vendors prior to event day
• All day of coordination responsibility

This package

is ideal for the clients that have planned out the event day that they have imagined.  Now it's time to turn your plan over to the team at Chantré Affairs so that you can enjoy your day and not have to worry about all of the logistics.  

Our day of coordination package includes:

• One 2-hour session in person or over the phone with a member of the Chantré Affairs events team 4-6 weeks before your event
• Provide a detailed event timeline two weeks prior to the event.
• Oversee day of event coordination and logistics
• One lead event coordinator and at least one assistant coordinator available the day of your wedding.
• Assist with set-up and decor as needed.
• Coordinate all vendors and handle final payment and gratuities for vendors
• Problem solve on behalf of the clients
